This 150,000 square foot warehouse was developed for America Place as part of a 20 acre site with 7 total buildings. The clear height was 28’ clear. The building was fully sprinklered. The building was designed to accommodate a future 50,000 square foot expansion. The colors on the exterior are mostly greys, blues, and off-whites. There adequate room for trucks to maneuver around the building. There were 20 truck docks. The facility was designed and built as spec-facility.
