Architectural Investments was contracted by America Place to design their 150,000 SF Office/Warehouse spec building located in Jeffersonville, Indiana in the River Ridge Commerce Center. The building will be the first of three buildings situated on a 37.941 acre lot. The building is designed to accommodate two to three tenants with 3000 amp service. The building perimeter is load bearing tilt-up concrete panels, while the interior is a steel frame and bar joist construction. The office facade features three distinct entries made up of curtain wall and aluminum punched openings. The office facade and side of the building also has two-story windows that will easily accommodate a second floor office space and allow for natural light throughout the building. The building is designed to be easily divisible to meet any future tenant’s needs.
