About Fairdale Valero

This new construction site was to have a C-store and an adjacent retail tenant. We designed the project to accommodate a contemporary inviting look with balanced emphasis on the additional retail component. The interior of the C-store contained two restrooms, an office, a food prep area, cashier space for point of sale equipment, storage, drink disbursement, a beer cave, coolers (both reach-in and walk-in), merchandise shelving, and a backroom for deliveries. Careful attention was given to balancing space requirements with efficiency, keeping square footage under 6000 square feet.
