A corporate office and main distribution facility for Atlas Metals located at Commerce Crossings Industrial Park in Louisville, Kentucky.

​

The four acre site was developed with the construction of a 37,000 square foot building, which includes a 18,000 square foot office wing and a 19,000 square foot warehouse.

Crush

​

Crush Bearing and Devices is a office and distribution warehousing facility in Louisville, Kentucky.  The 12,000 square foot building consists of 4,000 square feet of office space and 8,000 square feet of warehousing.

 

Koch Air

​

Koch Air, LLC markets, sells and distributes "Carrier" Heating and Air conditioning systems in Louisville, Kentucky.  The building consists of 55,000 square feet and contains, not only the main offices and distribution facilities but also; conference and training centers for local HVAC contractors and engineers, as well as, a showroom and parts sales center.

 

Victory Packaging

​

Victory Packaging is a 150,000 square foot distribution/warehousing facility with 5,000 square feet of office space.  The construction is a combination of pre-engineered steel structure and load bearing tilt-up slab exterior walls.  The design  includes exterior patterns in the tilt-up design which accommodates the corporate logo.
