Architectural Investments provided design services in the development of four distinct Java Brewing Company coffee shops which involved construction documents, construction administration and design. The various projects have ranged from in-line retail locations to adaptive reuse of historical facilities. Emphasis in each of these projects was on creating a consistent image without compromising the budget and addressing the particular amenities of each location. The locations included a shop in Downtown Louisville, Prospect, Landis and Frankfort Avenue.
