Architectural Investments was selected to design & construct a new medical facility, including minor surgical suites & secure imaging suites on a 2.5 acre site in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The owners wanted a very high-tech, signature look on one of the main entrances into the city. The design included a two-story building with a basement office facility to house pathology research and medical offices, as well as an imaging suite for CT scanning and X-Ray technology. State-of-the-art energy efficient systems and a fluid floor plan that easily guides the patient from one area to the next are hallmarks of the design. The building incorporates a blend of contemporary details and traditional building materials to create a warm, hospitable environment. In addition, the program includes outpatient surgical and recovery suites.
