Architectural Investments was selected to design and construct the corporate office and main distribution facility for Off Safety, Inc. at Commerce Crossing Industrial Park. The challenge was to provide a design that would be compatible with other buildings in the park while offering an economical approach to the new construction. The four acre site was developed with the construction of a 45,000 SF two-story office building and a 45,000 SF warehouse. Concrete tilt-up panels and steel trusses were used with a dramatic curved curtain
wall facade that is on axis with the facility’s main approach road. The $4.6 million project created an attractive and utilitarian facility for the owners.
