Architectural Investments was contracted to retrofit an existing 2,300 SF Skyline Chili restaurant into a Japanese restaurant, to be named Osaka. The restaurant fit-out work to the dining room and bar consisted primarily of finishes, new millwork, and furnishings. Work to the historic downtown building structure and to the old kitchen required extensive renovation work, kitchen plumbing and mechanical upgrades in order to comply with current building codes.
