This existing gas station on 10th Street in Jeffersonville, Indiana had been closed and was in need of a renovation and facelift to reposition the store in the market and be competitive against several national companies that have built new along the commercial corridor. The renovation included new equipment, a new office, a renovated accessible restroom. The space was limited but the result was a reasonably roomy layout that maximizes merchandise revenue. We were even able to fit in a small sitting area for lunch partakers. New stainless-steel finishes were installed in the food prep areas to make the space easier to clean. The exterior was completely retrofitted with new stone and EIFS exterior finishing systems to give it a fresh, clean and inviting look from the road. Signage was located to maximize visibility. Fuel and Merchandise volume has exceeded expectations.
