Facility
The 2,500 square foot car wash is located in Radcliff, Kentucky. The design of the car wash consists of multiple free-standing buildings containing automated car wash machinery and manual lube/oil changing facilities, along with miscellaneous support spaces. The interior elements of the car wash consist of a custom stainless steel spiral stair and curved steel roof structure.
Verizon Wireless
This 2,500 square foot retail facility was designed to serves as a prototype freestanding building for the Verizon Wireless franchise. The design portrays a maximized showroom for retail display while creating a high-impact exterior architectural statement.
Oldham Plaza
AI was contracted to renovate a second tier shopping center in La Grange, Kentucky. The goal of the renovation project was to convert a failing retail center into a vibrant Class A regional shopping center by designing a new facade and additional structures, as well as, new parking lots, sidewalks and landscaping.

The Quartermaster Complex, once a historic Pre-Civil War Quartermaster Depot, is a 177,000 sf facility on 18 acres in the heart of the central business district of Jeffersonville, Indiana. Architectural Investments designed and restored the once military armory into a commercial retail center.
The Quartermaster Complex development received the 2006 Prema Award and the Louisville Historical Leagues Preservation Award for the rehabilitation of a property in the greater Louisville area.

A retail center for the NTS Corporation in Louisville, KY at the corner of Blankenbaker Parkway and Plantside Drive. The building is 20,000 SF.
YUM! Brands
YUM! Brands Corporation contracted AI to renovate multiple restaurants for Kentucky Fried Chicken throughout eight states, which include Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia, to comply with the corporation's new brand focus.
Java Brewing Company
Architectural Investments provided design services in the development of four distinct Java Brewing Company coffee shops in Louisville, Kentucky. The various projects ranged from in-line retail centers to adaptive re-use of historical facilities.
Osaka
Osaka, once a 2,300 square foot Skyline Chili restaurant, was retrofitted into a japanese sushi restaurant in downtown Louisville, Kentucky.
