Architectural Investments was selected to design and construct a new condominium development adjacent to an existing apartment complex that was being converted to owner-occupied units. Westport Gardens, a 3-building, 24 unit condominium development, attracted considerable attention and sold out much more quickly than the developers expected. Architectural Investments incorporated design features that would attract market- savvy purchasers including spacious open living room/dining room floor plans, vaulted ceilings, private decks and garage units.
