Architectural Investments is a full-service architectural firm in Louisville, Kentucky capable of providing architectural and engineering design, design-build and construction management services. Over the past two decades, we have designed and managed construction documents for a wide variety of projects. AI is a unique firm that combines the experience of architects and designers with the expertise of in-house construction managers. This duo provides optimal design solutions that meet the latest construction standards and meets our clients' expectations.
Architectural Investments was founded in 1996 and quickly grew to be one of the top firms in the Louisville market. AI provides clients with more than creativity; we have full service architecture.
